Lipex 2 is a product to promote “accelerated weight loss” and according to the website, it uses yohimbine to encourage your body’s adipose tissue to release fat cells. Then it uses synephrine so your body can break down the released fat cells. Finally, coleus forskohlii boosts your body’s ability to burn the fat. In total, lipex 2 uses 300mg of caffeine, 25mg of coleus forskohlii, 20mg of synephrine, 5mg of yohimbine, 200mcg of chromium picolinate, and a 205mg proprietary blend including L-Tyrosine, white willow bark extract, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DMAE, and tetrahydroxyflavone.

What we say is this:
Considering the fact that just about every ingredient which gives a milligram amount is grossly short, there is no reason to believe any of the ingredients in the proprietary blend are up to par. There is also the fact that white willow bark extract is another name for asprin, a pain killer that has nothing to do with promoting successful weight loss. Other ingredients like N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine and DMAE promote better memory and mental altertness. But again this has nothing to with promoting successful weight loss. The only ingredients up to par are synephrine and caffeine. But synephrine has been linked to increased risk of ischemic stroke, increased blood pressure, and cardiace infarcts. High levels of caffeine, such as that contained in Lipex 2 often has harsh side effects including jitteriness, irritability, insomnia, and elevated heart beat. This makes Lipex 2 no more than a caffeine pill, and it’s value to weight loss is not that big, because they use some ingredients that have nothing to do with weight loss.
